Nothing I love more than a deep-dive into behind-the-scenes of profitable businesses. So I decided to bring to you an insight in one of my client’s success stories. Let’s do a breakdown of how my client made $12k in digital offer sales in a month.
Generating “passive income” can mean many different things for different people.
Maybe you aspire to easily sell $47 product and make extra $900 monthly and you’re good to go 🚀
Mayyybe you’re excited to sell many different things and then – as a bonus – receive some passive income sales.
Or you just seek a way to optimize your revenue-per-client and make sure you can support that ONE person through several different stages in their journey.
Today I want to share how one of my clients made $12k/per month.
She started at a sale here or there, then we optimized her funnels and her online presence, and she started hitting consistent few-thousands-per-month. Within around 3 months of this consistency, she started seeing higher numbers and reached $10k with her current setup/per month
Let’s break it down!
How my client made $12k in digital offer sales
It’s important to note that this client has a DIVERSE offer suite: she has built several offers in different price points that serve her audience at different stages in their business.
It took her around 6 months to get it all together but she started making money as soon as the first offers hit the ground running.
So you don’t need to have it ALL, you don’t need to build all offers today.
Now, here’s a breakdown of how she made $12K/per month.
- 1 x 3-month coaching support for $2K
- 5 x 1:1 coaching packages, valued at $555
- 16 x course sales for $333
- Several smaller product sales, ranging from $7 to $49
Here are some things to note about this.
She sells coaching packages by providing value first in free group.
Her free group is where most of her highest profit comes in from – many of those who gain the value for free opt-in for the custom support without doubting the investment. Once she has built trust, it’s easier for her audience to say yes to higher investments.
Many creators are often vary of sharing things for free, opening free groups or even putting out too much free content. But having this connection point can make all the difference in your audience’s buying decisions.
What can you take from this?
- Consider if you’re making CONNECTION with your audience, do they actually get to know you, behind-the-scenes
- Don’t be afraid to experiment with free offers – from a few day challenge to a free group, find what works
- Those who will invest the most often will need that additional reassurance (not always but often!)
More than half of her income were generated via automated sales funnels.
They happened on Tripwire Thank You pages, in the Welcome email sequences and follow-up nourishing emails.
She doesn’t show up to sell her low-ticket offers but she does mention them from time to time.
The key to most of the $333 course sales and lower ticked enrollments were the FUNNELS and many people who enrolled had little experience with her beforehand.

What can you take from this?
- Lower ticket offers sell via funnels like a charm – you audience won’t always need to have a direct connection with you before they make these decisions
- Having funnels and having a diverse offer suite can literally double your income. Do you have it all in place?
She has a lot of repeated customers that dip their toe lower 1:1 support and later upgrade
She builds relationships and value the experience of her customers – that’s what keeps them coming back.
Getting them started is the hardest part, getting them into your spaces and building the trust. But once they see the value you’re providing – your audience will keep coming back for more.
What can you take from this?
- Generating high revenue is the long-game. The more great experiences you provide, the better spend-per-customer and you’re getting more referrals!
A few important elements to note:
- While she has been in the online space for a while, she’s still rather “fresh in” and only recently started seeing steady profit.
- Most of her offers still count as very low priced for the offer she’s providing and she is eyeing an option to increase the prices but not at the moment.
- Every month she has several repeated customers so the sales numbers increase from month to month often lead by the same buyers.
This is NOT just one go-to how to sell but I wanted to bring you behind-the-scenes of one of the samples.

Some people prefer to sell more high-end and don’t have lower-ticket offers. Others do the opposite – focus on a diverse low-ticket offer suite and have fewer high-end options (or none at all)
